- Scanned ECM for codes and found P0121 throttle position sensor 1 performance. Monitored throttle position sensor data with scanner, sensor 1 and sensor 2 is at 20% KOEO both sweep good to 100%. Power and ground at throttle body test good. Throttle body is excessively dirty. Recommend replacing throttle body and preforming relearn procedure.
- Visually inspected fuel fill hose and EVAP. No signs of external damage. Has new vent valve assembly, none of the hoses on the charcoal canister connected correctly. Preformed vent valve test and it appears to be working properly. Smoked EVAP system no restrictions found at this time. Smoked fuel tank at fill neck and no smoke to canister. Recommend removing fuel tank and inspecting rollover valve and tank assembly.
- Replaced throttle body and preformed relearn.
