Services Performed
- Replaced brake master cylinder. Brake pedal sinks when applied. Used brake pressure bleeder set at 30 psi, bled system. Pedal still sinks. Possibly bad hydraulic control unit.
- Performed control module diagnostic procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Found module allowing excessive amount of fluid to bleed off causing major brake pedal fade. ABS control module needs replaced.
- Replaced abs control module and performed both modules bleed procedures and pressure bleeding procedures. Test drove vehicle.
- ABS HCU Bleeding Procedure.
