- Test drove vehicle and observed for signs of rotor/drum warpage. Inspected front and rear brake systems for abnormal wear and remaining life of brake pads/shoes. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate remaining life is: Front ( 50 %) Rear ( 60 %) no signs of abnormal wear on rotors Removed caliper and found slide pins seized
- Replaced front disc brake rotors and disc brake pad set. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
