    • Checked coolant level is full, got vehicle up to operating temperature, heat going in and out of heater core, turned on heater and found blower not operating, tapped blower motor and it turned on, Recommend replacing blower motor and resistor then recheck
    • Removed and replaced blower motor resistor, now works properly.

    • Verified customer concern, all fuses test good. Scanned vehicle modules for codes and found HVAC B24A1 stored. Tested for power and ground at blower motor, power tested good and resistance varies with fan speed. Recommend replacing blower motor and retesting if needed.
