- Started engine, can hear loud tapping type noise. Noise is loudest at timing cover, also noisy ar front upper engine mount bracket. Removed timing cover and found tensioner assembly leaking and not able to apply proper tension on belt. Also noted oil leak forming at oil pump housing. Removed oil pump and resealed pump and oil filter adapter. Replaced water pump, tensioner, tensioner pulley, idler pulley and timing belt. Changed engine oil and filter. Replenished engine coolant and test drove vehicle.
