All ball joints have excessive play. Recommend replacing all ball joints.
Inspected CV axles and neither have excessive play, left CV axle outer boot ripped. Recommend replacing left CV axle.
Replaced both lower control arm & ball joint assemblies.
Replaced both upper control arm & ball joint assemblies.
Replaced driver side CV axle assembly.
Replaced Left exhaust manifold, both manifold gaskets & hardware. Test drove vehicle.

Tet drove vehicle and confirmed customer complaint. Raised vehicle and used stethoscope and determined main noise coming from front pinion bearing and possibly left differential carrier beaing.
Removed rear differential carrier and pinion gear. Replaced inner and outer pinion bearings and both differential carrier bearings. Replaced wheel bearings and seals. Replenished fluid with manufacturer specified fluid. Test drove vehicle.

P0340-camshaft position sensor a circuit P0572-brake switch a circuit low P0340 Camshaft and crankshaft signals are normal and in sync at this time. Wiring and connectors ok. Suspect intermittent cam and crank sensor failure. Replaced both cam and crank sensors. Cleared diagnostic trouble codes and test drove vehicle.
Scanned system and retrieved code P0572 Inspected brake switch and found intermittent internal failure of brake light switch. Recommend replace brake light switch and recheck.Replaced stop light switch. Test drove-ok.

Rotated tires, adjusted air pressure and torqued wheel nuts to specification.
Removed and replaced both left and right exhaust manifolds. Removed 3 broken mounting studs. Replaced all mounting hardware and gaskets.
Replaced all 16 spark plugs and inspected coil boots and coils.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
Drained and filled transfer case with manufacturer specified fluid.
