    • Scanned ECM for codes and found P0671 glow plug 1 control circuit Cylinder #1 glow plug out of resistance. Recommend replacing glow plug, clearing codes and retesting if needed. Per tech note if tip of glow plug is missing or burnt off cylinder head will need to be removed and all debris cleaned out of cylinder.
    • Harness is damaged at plug. Recommend replacing harness.
    • Right front fender liner damaged, recommend replacement.
    • Replaced all glow plugs. Test drove vehicle-OK.
    • Replaced block heater harness plug/cord.
    • Replaced inner fender liner. Right Side.

    • Fog lamp switch appears to be stuck and left fog lamp missing adjustment bolt and inserts. Recommend replacing switch and installing missing bolt and inserts.
    • Couldn't duplicate any unusual noises when accelerating on test drive.
    • Washers inoperable, air filter dirty, power steering fluid dirty, brake fluid dirty, coolant freeze protection weak tested at -5°F, AC belt cracked.
    • Found and repaired disconnected washer hose.
    • Replaced fog lamp switch.
    • Replaced driver side fog lamp assembly.
    • Replaced both front shocks.
    • Replaced both rear shocks.
    • Replaced AC drive belt.
    • Flushed power steering system with fresh fluid. Inspected power steering pump, gear box or rack and pinion. Inspected power steering pressure and return line. Inspected belts and linkage. Road test vehicle.
    • Flushed cooling system with 3 gallons of coolant. Inspected radiator. radiator cap, belts, hoses and thermostat operation. Road tested vehicle.

    • P0171-fuel system lean bank 1 P0420-catalyst system efficiency too low bank 1 Long term fuel trim at idle is at 16, short term is between 2 and 10. MAF sensor is reading 2 grams per second at idle, should be closer to 4. Checked for vacuum leaks-none found. Unplugged maf sensor, fuel trims dropped to near zero within 1 minute. Recommend replace maf sensor and recheck. Monitored front and rear oxygen sensors. Found rear sensor mirrors front sensor under load, indicating failed catalyst. Recommend replace catalytic converter. Replaced maf sensor, cleared codes. Test drove-ok.

    • Scanned ecu and retrieved trouble code P0116 indicating poor engine coolant temperature sensor performance. Performed needed repairs and cleared diagnostic trouble codes.
    • Pressure tested cooling system and found water pump leaking. Also noted heater hose leaking due to incorrect hose clamp installed. Also noted both radiator hoses leaking at engine connections. Also found the coolant outlet leaking.
    • Replaced water pump. Replaced faulty hose clamps on both radiator hoses and heater hose. During repair found coolant outlet was leaking. Replaced gasket and O ring. Replenished engine coolant, bled air from system and test drove vehicle.
    • Replaced engine thermostat, gasket and seal. Test drovve vehicle.

    • Replaced left front cv axle and differential output seal. Replenished differential gear lube.
    • Replaced drivers door mirror. Trim needs to be painted to match vehicle coloer.
    • Replaced both left and right sway bar control links.
    • Resurfaced both front disc brake rotors due to minor warpage. No Charge To Customer
