Test drove vehicle and observed for signs of rotor/drum warpage. Inspected front and rear brake systems for abnormal wear and remaining life of brake pads/shoes. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate remaining life is: Front (15%) Rear (10%). No abnormal noises or vibrations noted. Recommend replacing front and rear brake pads and rotors.
Changed engine oil and filter. Checked and replenished all fluids. Checked and adjusted tire air pressure.
No issues found at this time.
Replaced front disc brake rotors and disc brake pad set. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Replaced rear disc brake pad set and hardware. Replaced disc brake rotors. Cleaned and lubricated caliper slide pins. Bled and replenished brake hydraulic system. Adjusted parking brake where applicable. Test drove vehicle.

Inspected blend door actuator operation. Vent temperature changes from 89°-105°F, removed actuator and manually operated blend door and temperature is the same and linkage operation is good and has overtravel stops built into linkage. Vent temperature increases with RPM 115°F Cooling system has a lot of stop leak in it. Temperature difference of inlet 180°F outlet 150°F. With AC on vent temperature is 52°F. Recommend back flushing heater core.
Back flushed heater due to excessive amount of stop leak in cooling system. After back flushing heater core vent temperature is 155°F at cruise and 143°F at idle. If heating issue returns recommend replacing heater core.

P0299-turbocharger underboost Air filter is very dirty. Removed boost sensor-sensor is full of soot. Visually inspected for loose or damaged charge pipes-ok. Cleaned boost sensor, test drove-vehicle drove and performed normally for 6 miles, then had lack of power and wouldn't create boost. P0401-egr system performance code pending. Egr vacuum bypass valve e functions normally, egr throttle body sweeps normally. Cleaned maf sensor and replaced air filter. Test drove vehicle 34 miles and experienced no abnormal faults.

Scanned ecu and retrieved trouble code P0420 indicating fault with bank 1 catalytic converter. Component tested and observed vehicle data and found front and rear oxygen sensors mirroring each other. Also noted manifold portion of catalytic converter had two large cracks. Replaced catalytic converter and cleared trouble codes. Test drove vehicle.

P0406 EGR position sensor circuit high P0308 cylinder #8 misfire Engine not misfiring at this time. Spark plugs have excessive mileage and spark plug gap is over .030 over spec. EGR voltages in spec and test good. Recommend replacing all spark plugs and removing EGR for visual inspection of valve. No further repair done at this time.
Replaced radiator with new unit. Replenished engine coolant and bled air from system. Test drove vehicle
