    • Check engine light is not on at this time. Scanned pcm for codes-none stored or pending. Test drove vehicle-engine and trans operating normally at this time. After warming up, noted rattle noise from engine at idle and lower rpms. Monitored cam timing data, found both cam timing error on both banks between -4 and +5 degrees at idle, should be between -1 and +1 degrees. Engine oil is full but dirty, lube sticker shows lof due 14k miles ago. Recommend lof and perform mechanical oil pressure test. If oil, pressure test is ok, engine likely has timing chain and cam phaser issues.
