- Replaced fuel filler door housing with new part.
- Inspected spark plugs, coils and boots. All ignition components look good. Found air filter dirty and replaced.
- Fault traced rattle noise to timing chain area. Suspect worn tensioner guide or weak tensioner. Noise stops after oil pressure increases to normal idle pressure reading. No repair done at this time. Added motor oil additive to system. Advised customer that the issue would most likely need to be addressed in the future.
