- P0131-oxygen sensor circuit low voltage b1s1 P0031-oxygen sensor heater control circuit P0134-oxygen sensor circuit open b1s1 Verified large coolant leak at water pump and lower hose. Removed drivers side timing cover-belt is coolant soaked, and is squealing and smoking while running. Block test is negative, but am unable to bring engine up to temp without risk of timing belt breakage. Removed drivers side spark plugs-no signs of coolant in cylinder, pistons are coated in carbon, no clean spots. No indication of head gasket failure. Recommend replace timing belt kit with water pump, and replace lower rad hose and thermostat. Diag needed for oxygen sensor codes.
- Removed replaced new water pump and timing kit, old Waterpump was seized, test drove-OK

2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Mileage200,041Service Date10/9/2024Services Performed- Passenger side low beam and both high beams inoperative. No power at high beams, passenger low beam bulb is bad. High beam fuse ok, power and signal at relay ok. Both high and low beam relays have physical damage to plastic cases. Swapped high beam relay with horn relay-both high beams operate normally. Recommend replace passenger side low beam(H11) and both low and high beam relays. Replaced both headlight relays and 1 low beam bulb. Headlights function normally.
- P0455-evap system large leak detected Gas capis clean and tight, seal and filler neck look ok. Purge valve seals properly. Smoke tested system-no leaks found at this time. Actuated canister vent valve with scanner-operation is erratic and fails to seal sometimes. Ve t valve is part of leak detection valve assembly. Recommend replace leak detection valve and recheck.
- Replaced fuel vapor control valve. Cleared codes and test drove-ok.

Inspected front and rear brake systems for abnormal wear and remaining life of brake pads/shoes. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate remaining life is: Front (90%) Rear (50%). No abnormal noises or vibrations noted on test drive. Cleaned rear brakes to eliminate the possibility of any further noise.
- Found ac compressor clutch worn and excessively noisy. Also noted minor play in drive belt idler and tensioner pulleys. Estimate for repair is 1039.64
