Test drove vehicle and observed for signs of rotor/drum warpage. Inspected front and rear brake systems for abnormal wear and remaining life of brake pads/shoes. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate remaining life is: Front (90%) Rear (50%). No abnormal noises or vibrations noted on test drive. Cleaned rear brakes to eliminate the possibility of any further noise.
Found ac compressor clutch worn and excessively noisy. Also noted minor play in drive belt idler and tensioner pulleys. Estimate for repair is 1039.64

Engine starts and runs normally, dash has almost all warning lights lit. Scanned for codes-almost every computer has network failure codes stored. Cleared codes, rescanned-only code that came back was U122F-Lost communication with passenger side mirror module. Pulled passenger inner door panel to access mirror control module-found corrosion in module and connector. Power and ground at module ok. Also noted moisture barrier is missing from door. Recommend replace mirror control module and install moisture barrier, then recheck for proper vehicle operation. Cut and installed new plastic sheeting for moisture barrier, replaced passenger power mirror ECU. Cleared codes, operated passenger mirror-ok. Test drove-ok. Re-scanned for codes-none stored.

P000A-A camshaft position slow response bank 1. (History code) Engine oil level and condition is good, sticker shows oil was changed recently. Swapped intake and exhaust vvt actuators, cleared codes and test drove-no codes set or pending. Suspect code set due to prior oil being old/dirty. Recommend customer drive and monitor, if code resets may need a new actuator.

Scanned ecu and retrieved code P0128 for thermostat fault. Replaced thermostat and seal. Replenished engine coolant. Also found code for right front wheel speed sensor fault. Component tested and found sensor working as designed.
