Vent temperature changes from 89°-105°F, removed actuator and manually operated blend door and temperature is the same and linkage operation is good and has overtravel stops built into linkage. Vent temperature increases with RPM 115°F Cooling system has a lot of stop leak in it. Temperature difference of inlet 180°F outlet 150°F. With AC on vent temperature is 52°F. Recommend back flushing heater core.
- Back flushed heater due to excessive amount of stop leak in cooling system. After back flushing heater core vent temperature is 155°F at cruise and 143°F at idle. If heating issue returns recommend replacing heater core.

- Was able to clean and lubricate track for center console slide. Closes completely .
- Removed and replaced both front stabilizer bar end links . Road tested-vehicle

Removed timing cover and found tensioner assembly leaking and not able to apply proper tension on belt. Also noted oil leak forming at oil pump housing. Removed oil pump and resealed pump and oil filter adapter. Replaced water pump, tensioner, tensioner pulley, idler pulley and timing belt. Changed engine oil and filter. Replenished engine coolant and test drove vehicle.

Approximate remaining life is: Front (50%) Rear (%) No signs of brake rotors being warped on test drive.
- Replaced rear disc brake pad set and hardware. Replaced disc brake rotors. Cleaned and lubricated caliper slide pins. Bled and replenished brake hydraulic system. Adjusted parking brake where applicable. Test drove vehicle.
- Flushed cooling system with 3 gallons of coolant. Inspected radiator. radiator cap, belts, hoses and thermostat operation. Road tested vehicle.
- Removed front bumper skin and replaced headlamp bulbs.
- Scanned all modules for codes and found C0550 ECU performance C0710 steering position signal fault All fuses test good, power and ground at steering wheel position sensor test good, monitored both A and B sensors and sensor B has no response when wheel is turned and erratic voltage when preforming a wiggle test. Steering wheel position sensor test bad. Replaced steering angle sensor and test drove vehicle.
- Fuel leaking from molded fitting on fuel pump module. Removed and replaced fuel pump module. Road tested vehicle.
- Removed and replaced thermostat and housing assembly. Replenished coolant and test drove vehicle.
