- Performed visual inspection of system for leaks. Evacuated, recovered and vacuumed system. Performed leak test. Charged system to manufacturer specification. Added oil and dye to system. Test drove vehicle.
- Inspected transmission fluid and found it to be dark and burnt. Recommend servicing.

2018 Ford F-150

Tested heater resistance of 02 sensor and it's out of spec. Recommend replacing B2S1 and B1S1 02 sensors with OE parts. Clearing codes and retesting if needed.
- Removed and replaced both bank1&2 sensor 1, cleared codes test drove vehicle-OK, looked at data while on test drive and both sides were equivalent no erratic shift in data or abnormalities at the moment. Scanned codes none pending

Recommend replacing rear pads and rotors
- Replaced rear disc brake pad set and hardware. Replaced disc brake rotors. Cleaned and lubricated caliper slide pins. Bled and replenished brake hydraulic system. Adjusted parking brake where applicable. Test drove vehicle.

- Inspected timing cover and found no evidence of leak. Noted very minor seepage at passenger rear area of timing cover. Did note radiator leaking on drivers side tank at tank to radiator connection. Recommend radiator be replaced.
- Inspected front suspension and steering. Found no faults. Discovered technical service bulletin describing this complaint with a remedy. Torqued front carriage bolts to specification as outlined in TSB. Test drove vehicle. Noise is no longer present.

- Performed control module diagnostic procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Found module allowing excessive amount of fluid to bleed off causing major brake pedal fade. ABS control module needs replaced.
