Services Performed
- Scanned ecu and retrieved trouble code P0116 indicating poor engine coolant temperature sensor performance. Performed needed repairs and cleared diagnostic trouble codes.
- Pressure tested cooling system and found water pump leaking. Also noted heater hose leaking due to incorrect hose clamp installed. Also noted both radiator hoses leaking at engine connections. Also found the coolant outlet leaking.
- Replaced water pump. Replaced faulty hose clamps on both radiator hoses and heater hose. During repair found coolant outlet was leaking. Replaced gasket and O ring. Replenished engine coolant, bled air from system and test drove vehicle.
- Replaced engine thermostat, gasket and seal. Test drovve vehicle.
