Mileage116,499Service Date6/20/2024Services Performed- Verified loud noise with engine running, gets louder with increased rpm. Alternator is very noisy, and upper idler pulley also noisy. Second idler and tensioner pullies have excessive rubber transfer, and belt is showing wear. Replaced alternator, serpentine belt both idler pulleys and tensioner.

2004 Dodge Pickup

Monitored speed control data while road testing and all control switch data operates as designed. Smoke tested vacuum system for cruise control, found and replaced broken vacuum hose. Road tested and cruise control still intermittently doesn't work. Preformed wiggle and tap tests on ECM and speed control servo while on rack. No change. Tested vacuum pump, power and ground good. Replaced vacuum pump and test drove vehicle approximately 19 miles. No further cruise control faults noted.

Monitored data for ignition switch-when key won't turn, park switch on shifter shows open. When shifter is pushed forward and park switch is closed, key turns fully to off position. Inspected shifter-no visible damage noted. Replaced shifter assembly with used unit. Test drove vehicle

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan
Mileage191,559Service Date3/29/2024Services Performed- P0135-oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 heater performance Inspection found harness side of connector is broken, locking latch is missing. Sensor looks fairly new, Walker brand. Power and computer controlled ground at sensor ok. Heater resistance is 3.5 ohms, spec is 2 to 2.5 ohms. Replace front and rear oxygen sensors and monitored reading. Found both sensors initially reading as designed. After vehicle achieved operating temperature found bank 1 sensor reading rich. Found number 3 injector missing its seal and leaking into the combustion chamber. Replaced all injectors and rail with used unit. During repair found injector harness trapped under rail and damaging several wires. Replaced harness. Test drove vehicle.

Recommend replacing track bar, control arm, steering stabilizer and both front axle U joints.
- Replaced drag link with new unit. Lubricated fittings.
- Replaced right upper control arm. Torqued fasteners to specification
- Replaced front steering damper assembly. Test drove vehicle.
- Removed both left and right axle assemblies. Replaced both outer universal joints and test drove vehicle. During repair found left front brake caliper missing mounting bolt. Replaced both bolts.
