Inspection found high speed fan relay stuck on. Tapped relay and fan turned off. Recommend replace both cooling fan relays and recheck operation. Replaced both cooling fan relays, fan does not turn on by itself. Commanded high and low speed fan operation with scan tool-ok. Test drove-coolant temps between 180 and 195 while driving.
Cleaned and tighten3d both battery terminals. Applied terminal protectant spray.

Test drove vehicle and observed for signs of rotor/drum warpage. Inspected front and rear brake systems for abnormal wear and remaining life of brake pads/shoes. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate remaining life is: Front ( 30 %) Rear ( 40 %) no warpage. No brake service recommended at this time.

P0301-cylinder 1 misfire detected P2231-oxygen sensor heater and signal short b1s1 Verified rough running, cylinder 1 misfiring constantly. Inspection found #1 plug wire is arcing out. Also noted autolite plugs installed, and they show wear. Recommend replace spark plugs and wires. B1s1 passes resistance checks, recommend recheck for codes after ignition system repairs.
Replaced spark plugs and wires. Test drove-ok.
