Pressure tested cooling system and found radiator cap to be faulty as well as a leaking thermostat housing. Replaced cap and thermostat housing assembly. Replenished fluid and bled air from system.

Changed engine oil and filter. Checked and replenished all fluids. Checked and adjusted tire air pressure. Vehicle cranks slowly. Load tested battery and found it drops below 8 volts at full load. Had to jump start after test. Suggest replace battery and re-check charging system. All 3 wiper blades tearing and very worn, suggest replace all. Passenger side upper torque strut mount broken. Drive belt dried out. Front brakes 20%. Rear drums out of adjustment.
Tested system and found to be empty of freon. Performed leak test and found hole in front of condensor. Replaced condensor and performed additional leak test. Charged system to specification and added oil and dye to system. Test drove vehicle and received 43 degree air temp from center vent.
